Who's Who in Experimentation 2025
“Who’s Who in Experimentation” (formerly known as the "Top A/B testing influencers list") is a community-driven initiative to recognize the real practitioners making an impact in the world of A/B testing, feature experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
What is the Who's Who in Experimentation?
You might remember this as our Top A/B Testing Influencers List: a yearly tradition to recognize the most impactful voices in experimentation.
This year, we’re taking it further. We’ve revamped it as the Who’s Who in Experimentation to make it more inclusive, more community-driven, and more reflective of the people shaping how experimentation happens across product, marketing, UX, and data.
Why Many Experimenters Are Leaving Optimizely
Optimizely was once the gold standard, but for many teams, it’s no longer delivering the value they need.
If any of these sound familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to settle for less.
HIGH COST FOR LIMITED VALUE
Paying for every visit adds up quickly, even if the ROI doesn’t.
RIGID TESTING FRAMEWORKS
Stuck with their stats model, even when your tests need flexibility.
OUTDATED ANALYTICS
Limited insights force you to export data to external tools like Looker or Mixpanel.
CLUNKY INTERFACE
Teams waste time navigating a system that’s far from intuitive.

Nominations closed. Thank you for taking the time to nominate a peer!
How does it work?
You’re welcome to nominate anyone who champions experimentation, whether they work in marketing, product, engineering, design, or data. We’re looking for individuals who actively drive a culture of testing and learning within their teams or across their industry.
Nominees can come from any type of organization, including brands, agencies, vendors, or consultancies.
If they’re helping push the boundaries of experimentation, we want to hear about them.
Not necessarily. What matters is visibility—they should share their work or insights publicly through LinkedIn, events, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, or videos.
We use a transparent, points-based system based on several criteria: Prior recognition, current role and responsibilities, awards or accolades, thought leadership (e.g. content creation, speaking), impact on the community and commitment to diversity.
Know someone who's changing the game in experimentation?
Help us surface the voices making experimentation better—those driving real impact behind the scenes.
Nominate them by June 18
