Toyota’s French website’s primary goal is the generation of test drive requests by visitors with a high probability to convert.
To generate a maximum of qualified leads, Toyota’s team wanted to display the test drive pop-in only to users who show a real interest in the brand. This was achieved using Kameleoon’s machine learning algorithms.
Thanks to predictive targeting, the number of qualified leads doubled as compared to manual scoring. Toyota managed to double the performance of its main KPI using artificial intelligence.
